    "Paris Series" (released in 2004) features beautiful, romanticized labels celebrating historic Parisian themes or architectural art. Allt-A-Bhainne is a modern Speyside workhorse distillery founded in 1975 by Chivas Brothers, primarily built to pump out light, floral malt to act as the spine for 100 Pipers and Chivas Regal blends.
    It opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple skins, and white pepper, resting on a sweet backdrop of raw clover honey and vanilla bean cream. It leaves behind a refreshing trail of citrus peel, dried straw, and soft wood spice.
