G&M occasionally selected rare, hyper-aged parcels—such as this magnificent 25 Years Old Longmorn to showcase the pinnacle of Speyside maturation.

It opens with classic old Sherry characteristics: polished mahogany wood, antique leather, dried figs, dates, and dark orange marmalade, followed by a lighter wave of vanilla bean and stewed orchard fruits (pears and red apples).

Long, exceptionally smooth, and slightly drying with a lingering touch of charred oak, cocoa powder, and a faint, sweet waxy coating.
