It opens with classic dunnage warehouse musk, preserved lemons, and bitter citrus pith, pinned down by an old, farmyard-like barn peat smoke, beeswax, and a distinct maritime sea spray salinity. With time in the glass, a heavy note of road tar and a curious touch of sour pickle brine develop.
