SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (''Terms"") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://www.jfmix.hk/terms&conditions.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Warehouse Pickup
Warehouse pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday 1O:OOam to 5:00pm (except public holidays). Customers pickups will subject to Warehouse Parking and Registration Fee.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Charge
All local shipments will be delivered by refrigerated truck under by our local partners. Normally, deliveries will be performed within three (3) working days from purchase and payment confirmation.
We offer free delivery shipping for all orders with invoice amount exceeds HKD 2,000. For orders with invoice amount below HKD 2,000 , shipping fee of HKD 200 per order will be charged on top of the invoice amount.
- Available on Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm (except public holidays)
- Covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon,New Territories (including Ma Wan) and designated areas on Lantau Island (including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Chek Lap KoK only)
- Assume delivery location can be direct accessible by road or elevator. Any hand carry delivery by staircases will be subject to additional charge.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
