TORMORE - SINGLE MALT - OB - "PURE MALT 100% HIGHLAND SCOTCH" ITALIAN IMPORT (DREHER)

This is the first official distillery bottling (OB) ever released by Tormore. It captures a pristine look at the distillery's earliest mid-century liquid, long before the brand's production was absorbed almost entirely into corporate blends.

It opens immediately with a beautiful mix of beeswax, antique furniture polish, and dusty malt grains. This is quickly followed by an avalanche of old-school fruits: honeydew melon, ripe yellow plums, dried apricots, and a very distinct top note of fresh peppermint and fennel.
