High Spirits is a premier Italian independent bottler founded by Nadi Fiori, a legendary figure in the European whisky scene alongside contemporaries like Pepi Mongiardino (Moon Import) and Silvano Samaroli. This collection pays homage to the famous group of four early-20th-century Scottish painters. 

Port cask aging was incredibly rare for Scotch whisky resting in the 1960s and 1970s, making this an unusual flavor profile for an ultra-aged Islay malt.

Polished antique wood, old leather bound books, dried figs, and dark chocolate. This is followed by a classic old-school Bunnahabhain waxiness, a faint marine saltiness, and rich plum jam. Notes of old oak tannins, dark cocoa, a touch of mint, and dry Port wine sweetness.
