High Spirits is a legendary Italian independent bottling label founded by Ferdinando "Nadi" Fiori (the famous owner of the Osteria da nando bar in Rimini and one of the founding fathers of the Italian whisky appreciation movement alongside Pepi Mongiardino and Silvano Samaroli). Fiori is celebrated for choosing casks that emphasize the pure, unadulterated distillate character, packaged with beautifully nostalgic, fine-art labels.

It opens with rich notes of beeswax, honeyed chamomile tea, and orange blossom water. As it opens up, it reveals delicate fruit tones—ripe yellow plums, green apples, and lemon curd—resting on a gentle backdrop of old dunnage warehouse musk and antique polished oak.

It leaves a lingering sweetness of heather honey and citrus oils, trailing off into a dry, elegant, toasted oak finish.
