To make this ultra-premium, high-strength expression more accessible, the distillery issued a highly limited run of 35cl

It bursts forward with heavy notes of old Oloroso sherry, dark muscovado sugar, rum-soaked raisins, and dark chocolate toffee. As it breathes in the glass, beautiful wax notes, antique furniture polish, and leather bound books emerge, all wrapped in a rich blankets of earthy Orkney peat smoke and coastal sea salt.

The drying European oak tannins are perfectly held in check by sweet layers of heather-honey, dark cacao, and a fading, smoky trail of charcoal ash.
