The Springbank 34 Year Old (1967 Vintage) "The Scottish Colourists" Series (Cask #1936) by High Spirits is a legendary, ultra-premium masterpiece. It stems from the absolute peak era of traditional Campbeltown distillation and is curated by one of the founding fathers of the Italian independent bottling movement.

High Spirits was founded by the famous Ferdinando "Nadi" Fiori (proprietor of the iconic Osteria da Nando in Rimini, Italy). In 2001, he released this 1967 single cask under a breathtaking fine-art series, creating a blue-chip bottle heavily pursued by institutional collectors and Springbank completionists worldwide.

It opens with rich notes of old paraffin lamps, beeswax, dried apricots, and crystallized ginger. Because it sat in wood for nearly three and a half decades, it displays a spectacular rancio-forward elegance—antique mahogany wood, leather bound books, and soft cocoa powder wrapped in a faint, highly elegant footprint of Campbeltown maritime brine and dunnage earth.

The bright fruits fade perfectly into a drying finish of old oak tannins, herbal tea, and a final, wispy trail of sweet peat ash.
