The Dreams Series (released in 1999) represents a monumental meeting of minds. It brought together Pepi Mongiardino (founder of Moon Import) and his close friend and mentor, the legendary Silvano Samaroli. Instead of acting as competitors, the two titans teamed up to curate a unified, limited series of casks that perfectly encapsulated their shared philosophy on liquid elegance.

It opens with an unmistakable basket of freshly cut green lawn grass, orchard apples, and a beautiful bouquet of white wildflowers (jasmine and elderflower). Behind the initial brightness sits light clover honey, sweet malt flakes, and a delicate note reminiscent of fresh cedar pencil shavings.

It trails off with dry oak wood notes, white tea leaves, and a lingering, highly refreshing squeeze of fresh citrus oils.
