    Hand-selected by Master Blender Dr. Rachel Barrie, it was matured for nearly a quarter of a century in a classic Bourbon Cask. This allowed Benriach’s vibrant, unpeated Speyside spirit to develop a deeply sophisticated, cream-and-orchard-fruit profile entirely on its own terms.
    It opens with aromas of caramelized pears drenched in rich golden syrup, immediately followed by dense bourbon vanilla bean cream, and a highly refreshing, complex top note of mint ice cream studded with fine dark chocolate flakes.
