    "Probably Speyside's Finest" is the industry pseudonym used by independent bottler Douglas Laing to bottle iconic single-cask liquid from the fiercely protective Glenfarclas Distillery.
    It gives dark cocoa nibs, dried figs, and a rich layer of warm winter baking spices. Complex finish with notes of dark mocha chocolate, walnut oil, and lingering antique oak resins.
