When Glenfarclas releases a Distillery Exclusive, it bypasses global retail and importers entirely. These bottles are filled directly from select casks chosen by the Grant family or the distillery team, meant to be purchased as a premium souvenir for people making the pilgrimage to Speyside.

It has intense aromas of dark rum raisins, Christmas pudding, stewed plums, and brown sugar, offset by a crisp, malty dunnage warehouse earthiness. It leaves a slightly drying impression of espresso beans, walnut oils, and lingering baking spices (cinnamon and nutmeg).
