Edition No. 12 is dedicated to Charles Doig, the legendary late-19th-century architect who invented the "Doig Ventilator" (the iconic pagoda roof found on traditional Scottish malt distilleries).

It gives notes of dried dark fruits (raisins, sweet sultanas, and prunes), roasted hazelnuts, dark honey, and a delicate touch of old oak and cinnamon bark. The sweetness of the dark fruits fades into a pleasant, slightly dry finish dominated by European oak tannins, espresso beans, and lingering spice.
