St. Magdalene originally founded in the mid-18th century and operating seamlessly on a historic site in the ancient royal burgh of Linlithgow, St. Magdalene produced a heavy, deeply oily, and grassy spirit that bucked the trend of light, triple-distilled Lowland malts.

It leads with a massive wave of old-school beeswax, paraffin, and library dust. As it breathes, classic Lowland traits bloom brilliantly: dry field grass, damp hay, lemon oil, dried apricots, and a highly unique, slightly industrial element reminiscent of flint and machine grease.
