Whenever you see a single cask from them, it was matured and officially bottled by the distillery itself, even if it was selected exclusively for a specific private bar, shop, or country market.
    The Oloroso sherry wood brings dark, rich layers of sticky dates, dark chocolate, and roasted walnuts, which clash beautifully with Kilchoman's raw, farmy barbecue ash, TCP medicinal peat, and damp earth.
