The Bowmore "Small Batch Release" is a highly approachable, permanently integrated core-range official bottling (OB) that was globally introduced by the distillery in late 2014 under the direction of legendary Master Blender Rachel Barrie.
It gives notes of creamy vanilla fudge, sea salt air, and a very gentle, wispy peat smoke. As it sits, the sweetness expands into honeycomb, light cinnamon spice, and a distinct touch of lemon zest.
