Glenrothes are world-famous for their heavy, rich, and juicy Oloroso sherry cask maturities. However, Nadi Fiori’s selection philosophy for High Spirits usually leaned away from over-oaked "sherry bombs" in favor of distillates that allowed the natural distillery character to breathe. Magnums feature a vastly superior liquid-to-air ratio compared to standard 70cl bottles, spirits investors target them as the ultimate tool for flawless, long-term liquid preservation.

It has rich notes of vanilla bean, malted milk biscuits, and citrus peel (tangerines and lemons). This is layered over a backdrop of fresh orchard fruit (yellow plums) and a faint, elegant touch of furniture polish. It dries out beautifully with lingering notes of toasted oak, orange oil, and a touch of hazelnut.
