Glenrothes are world-famous for their heavy, rich, and juicy Oloroso sherry cask maturities. However, Nadi Fiori’s selection philosophy for High Spirits usually leaned away from over-oaked "sherry bombs" in favor of distillates that allowed the natural distillery character to breathe.

It has rich notes of vanilla bean, malted milk biscuits, and citrus peel (tangerines and lemons). This is layered over a backdrop of fresh orchard fruit (yellow plums) and a faint, elegant touch of furniture polish. It dries out beautifully with lingering notes of toasted oak, orange oil, and a touch of hazelnut.
