It opens immediately with a layer of medicinal peat smoke, wet sea kelp, and salted ocean air. As it opens up in the glass, beautiful sweet undertones of lemon lozenges, vanilla bean paste, and subtle tarry soot emerge, wrapped around a hint of smoked meats and old library leather.
