This highly precise and incredibly rare title refers to a fascinating bottle from the turn of the millennium, selected by Pepi Mongiardino, the legendary founder of Moon Import in Genoa, Italy.

It opens with aromas of beeswax, lemon curd, crisp green apples, and malted barley, followed closely by Mortlach's signature savory undertones of antique leather, dried tobacco leaves, and a faint dunnage warehouse muskiness.

It leaves behind notes of drying oak tannins, ginger snaps, and a lingering, waxy citrus rind oiliness.
