ROSEBANK - SINGLE MALT - IB - SILVER SEAL "MISSING"

Rosebank permanently closed its doors in 1993 (before its modern revival and reopening in recent years), old vintage single casks from the original facility are rare. Silver Seal is a legendary Italian independent bottler founded by Max Righi (who took over the heritage of the iconic Sestante bottling house).

It opens with intense notes of freshly cut meadow grass, elderflower, honeysuckle, and lemon grass, which slowly give way to creamy vanilla custard, warm shortbread, and a faint hint of green tea. It leaves behind an echo of drying oak tannins, lemon zest, and a sweet, creamy vanilla coat.
