DALMORE - SINGLE MALT - IB - MOON IMPORT "DOVR-TOUTES-MARES"

This collection was curated by Pepi Mongiardino, the founder of Moon Import, who established the company in Genoa in 1980. Released in 1996, the Dovr-Toutes-Mares series consisted of seven single malts (including Dalmore, Springbank, Laphroaig, and Port Ellen).

It opens with crisp green apples, waxy citrus peel, unrefined honey, and a distinct farmyard/dunnage warehouse earthiness. Creamy vanilla, sharp malty sugars, white pepper, and underlying notes of candied ginger and light tobacco leaf in the palate.
