The Flora & Fauna range was created to highlight the unique, distinct flavor profiles of the company's vast portfolio of blending distilleries. When Rosebank was permanently mothballed just two years later in 1993, this 12-year-old expression instantly transformed from a standard commercial product into a historic, highly coveted time capsule. It remains the definitive benchmark for what original, pre-closure Rosebank distillate is supposed to taste like.

It opens with an abundance of freshly cut grass, green apples, dandelion heads, and honeysuckle, followed by lemon zest, vanilla shortbread, and a faint hint of dried chamomile. It leaves behind an echo of drying oak tannins, bright citrus oils, and a lingering herbal freshness.
