NORTH PORT (BRECHIN) - SINGLE MALT - IB - SESTANTE "VERY RARE 66.1%"

This bottle is incredible rare as a closed Eastern Highland "ghost" distillery, and its staggering, physics-defying 66.1% ABV cask strength, which is exceptionally rare for a whisky aged for 15 years in wood.

It opens with heavy notes of honey, dense sherry-oak spice, and hot flinty sand. As it breathes, it throws out a beautifully austere Highland profile: beeswax candles, paraffin oil, old library dust, dried leaves, and a distinct, sharp maritime breeze carrying hints of seaweed and smoked fish.
