Renowned for selecting casks that display extreme elegance rather than raw power, Fiori launched the highly aesthetic "Lochs & Castles of Scotland" series to marry elite single-cask Scotch with watercolor-style landscape portraits highlighting Scotland's historic geography.
It opens with an immediate breeze of fresh sea salt, crisp green apples, and lemon peel. This is followed by a very elegant, dry, and non-medicinal campfire smoke that smells like burning heather and dry hay. It leaves behind a dry trail of cold ash, lime zest, and a lingering touch of ocean brine.
