Tormore is highly unique in Scotland. It was constructed between 1958 and 1960, making it one of the very first brand-new distilleries built in the 20th century.
It opens with bright citrus overtones—orange zest and fresh lemon peel - followed by sweet orchard fruits like green apples and ripe pears. Underneath, there is a warm layer of fresh honey, toasted almonds, and butterscotch.
